Sara Lang sparkles up when she is dancing, singing along at a concert, or exploring with her toddler! She is passionate about Forrest Yoga's ability to generate self-healing and reconnection with the body. Sara completed her teacher training with Ana Forrest. She has also studied bodywork-oriented yoga with Forrest Guardians Brian Campbell and Jambo Truong, and prenatal/postpartum yoga with Forrest Guardian Catherine Allen. Sara inspires her students to build strength and flexibility on and off the mat, freeing the body from pain and recovering from injuries. She also draws on her experiences as a yogi and mother to offer dynamic prenatal and postnatal yoga to support vibrant pregnancy, and the safe and effective development of core strength after birth.
