All while connecting to ourselves within the framework of Forrest Yoga and spontaneously FUN sensual dancing breaking down the inner limits on the path of empowerment. This stuff is so LIBERATING ! 

Szilvia is trained to work with all sorts of injuries and offer modification if needed. Students who have not practiced Forrest Yoga or are new to her please contact Szilvia before class.
