Location: My Home Studio in Palms (west L.A.)

This is a monthly donation based pelvic floor centered yoga ceremony when Szilvia’s in town.

All genders who are ready to learn are welcome ! This is a yoga ceremony, we start with check ins, cleansing smudge, offerings, then do yoga and end with a long savasana. Depending on the group this class will have a different sequence, teaching and slightly different focus each month.

Suggested donation: $30-$40 bring cash or paypal as family/friend before or on the day of class.
