Location: My Home Studio in Palms (west L.A.)

This is a community healing event, a pelvic floor centered yoga ceremony with Szilvia.

All genders who are ready to learn and shift are welcome ! This is a yoga ceremony, we start with check ins, cleansing smudge, offerings, then do yoga to improve pelvic and deep core line functions and end with a long savasana. Depending on the group this class will have a different sequence, teaching and slightly different focus each time offered.
